Framingham – Education Administration
Located in the Town of Framingham, Massachusetts, the educational administration department has future plans to expand further into their current building while also updating their existing space. With the need for flexibility the obvious choice was Swiftspace
The Challenge
Our space planners developed a layout using our Solo, Foresight and Unify products in various spaces including, Computer Labs, Conference Room, Admin Offices and Parent Teacher Meeting Spaces.
The challenge for this project was not only creating spaces that could later be moved during expansion but, that would also fit in the existing small footprint.
The Process
To work within the small footprint the Solo Space-Saver (aptly named) was used throughout the space with flip-top surface that allow for parent teacher meeting. Mixed throughout the space were Unify tables for 3-4 group meetings and touchdown spaces.
Our Foresight Double and Single benches were used in the conference room and the computer labs. The addition of acrylic privacy panels in the computer lab maintains privacy for users.
The Solution
The results were fantastic! We not only provided a flexible space that met their needs, our mobility will make the future expansion a breeze. Not only were the end users pleased with the result – the installers also appreciated the fully assembled furniture that easily set up in a few hours instead of a few days like competitor product.
